Payments to give back in Razorpay
Razorpay took this money, but it unlocked nothing: the family paid an order their reel had already replaced (for example after applying a code), or paid twice. Their reel is not affected. Refund each payment in the Razorpay dashboard; it leaves this list once Razorpay reports the refund.

Sales are kept in a permanent log, so they stay counted after a reel or account is deleted. The log holds no names or photos. Reels, names and photos never appear here.

HD reel price
The new price applies from the next time a family taps Pay. Someone already paying is charged the price they were shown. Referral codes take their discount off this price, so it can’t go below a code’s discount. Saving asks for your passkey.

Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again once saved: only their last characters, so you can tell which is which. Saving or removing one asks for your passkey.

Referral codes
Each partner shares their link or tells followers the code. A family who uses it pays the discounted price, and the sale is credited to the partner. “Owed” is the partner’s share of paid sales that weren’t refunded, at the share in force when each was bought. Test-mode sales are counted, never paid out.
